Nice stay
delicious meals beautiful spa
The staff greeted us with drinks and escorted us to reception (a very nice welcome!). They valeted our car and provided a hotel tour before handling our bags. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna at the beautiful spa. The provided breakfast had many options.

The breakfast was not a buffet. It had good organization and stopped overeating. Dinner in 1892 had amazing vistas over the loch. The setting was large and enjoyable.

The spa was clean and we enjoyed using the facilities for an hour and a half. We spent quite a long time on our own (it was wonderful!). The hotel also has a fine indoor pool.

Our lodge rooms were nicely appointed and had lovely furnishings. The room had tea and coffee facilities. There was a good large shower. Nice bathrobes were available.

The setting is fabulous. The hotel has a lake front bar. There is also a restaurant and dining pods. The lake walk provides gorgeous scenery. The premises are serene and inviting.

seamless assistance coffee machine continental options
The concierge service provided seamless assistance and showed genuine care. I enjoyed the coffee machine in my room. The large screen TV was great for evening entertainment. Breakfast offered many continental options, and all food was fresh.

The staff are helpful and. Hospitality team works hard and are a great asset to the hotel. The kilted concierge offers a warm welcome.

Subpar Experience at a High Price
dated room brown stains
The location was nice.
The room felt dated. The decor seemed straight out of the nineties and I did not see any updates since. The curtains also had some gross brown stains!!!
